“The two consultancy studies provided by NAEC aimed at defining starting points to further improve the quality of agricultural TVET services at the GIZ-supported TVET School in Uruzgan province.
During their times in Uruzgan we experienced highly qualified NAEC consultants with an excellent grasp for the challenges of remote areas, and an outstanding sense for a cultural-adapted communication and interaction with the teachers, students, and stakeholders from Uruzgan. We most appreciate the solution-oriented recommendations provided in NAEC’s study reports. It allowed our TVET partners in Uruzgan and my team to gradually establish the facilities and the capacities to enable teachers providing practical agriculture classes to the students. As one result of that, the agricultural TVET became more attractive to students and doubled the number of students within a one-year time”.
